HEADED BACK TO FDIC 2025

This unique and interactive full day workshop has been modified to fit FDIC’s 4 hour workshop slot.

I designed this workshop to be unlike any other class that has been taught in the American Fire Service.

Attendees will be guided in the development of their values, and learn the power of well-constructed value statements. They will engage in trust-building competitions and team exercises. This workshop is a highly interactive experience that features multiple group activities, each aimed at reinforcing key aspects of culture development.

The workshop closes with a team-building exercise where participants cheer for their own team as well as others, leaving them with a challenge: if they can create such esprit de corps in just a few short hours, imagine what their department could be like if this was in place for years!
